I just received my new KU Valor Dark Gray Leather Sectional. It's extremely comfortable and the recliners move smoothly and quietly.
Most important of all, I would like to thank our favorite Salesman, Mr. Rufy Abreu, for his professionalism and patience. When you make an important purchase like a bedroom mattress and family room sectional, you want to ensure you have a salesman who is knowledgeable and patient. Mr. Abreu utilized an amazing 2-2-2 method to help us narrow down our mattress selection and it works! I love my mattress!
I would like to give a special "Thanks" to Rufy, Benny (Showroom Mgr) and Kate. My new sectional is a reminder of City Furniture's quality furniture and excellent customer service. Worst Customer Service Ever - Avoid City Furniture at All Costs!
I am utterly appalled by the abysmal experience I had with City Furniture. What should have been an exciting process of furnishing my bedroom turned into an absolute nightmare, filled with stress, frustration, and a complete lack of customer service. I have never been so disappointed by a company, especially one as established as City Furniture.
I ordered several pieces of bedroom furniture online, expecting high quality and seamless service. However, on the day of delivery, I was shocked to find that everything except my mattress was damaged. The headboard had dents, the chest cabinet was covered in scratches and dents, and the nightstand was in similarly terrible condition. The quality I expected was nowhere to be found.
I immediately requested an exchange for the damaged items, and a week and a half later, I was scheduled to receive the replacements. To my utter disbelief, on the day of the new delivery, City Furniture canceled the exchange, claiming their backup furniture was also damaged. This last-minute cancellation caused a significant inconvenience.
I contacted customer service, and a representative assured me that everything would be rectified the next day. They promised that they would receive new stock from the warehouse and that my items would be flawless. But, unsurprisingly, this promise was broken, and my exchange was canceled again.
Feeling deceived and frustrated, I demanded a refund. However, I was informed that due to their ridiculous policy, a refund was not possible despite the damaged goods. Instead, I was offered a laughable $100 credit on a $3,000 order or a repair option, which is unacceptable for scratched and dented furniture. Speaking to supervisors was equally futile, as they offered nothing but corporate rhetoric and rehearsed apologies. No one truly understood or sympathized with my ordeal.
After this exhausting and infuriating experience, I am left with no resolution and a bitter taste in my mouth. City Furniture's service is beyond disappointing - it's non-existent. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid City Furniture at all costs. They will rip you off and leave you with nothing but frustration and damaged goods.

I have to say I am not to happy with the service I received on my repair order. I have warranty on my love seat piece of wood broke on the arm rest in the back. when I called for service the tech came out took pictures and assured me that he would put in a ticket for replacement, 10 days goes by and I don't hear anything back from them. I called to follow up and I was told that the repair is not a factory defect so it wont be covered. I explained to them that it had to come this way from the factory because it is on the back of the love and it an arm rest. I spent a lot of money on this sofa to be told they are not going to fix it. I will tell all my friends and take out a add in the local paper and tell what city furniture has been doing taking peoples money on there warranty service and not repairing anything. I just want my sofa fixed.

I ordered a dining table and chairs online and it was fairly easy. The items were delivered on time per the timeframe provided. The items fit perfectly with my current decor. I am definitely pleased with the service rendered.

After 17 failed deliveries, I requested a replacement table. City Furniture agreed but refused to replace the chairs, causing compatibility issues. Their customer service provides unhelpful automated responses. No refunds offered. Avoid City Furniture.

Nov 15, 2023Previous reviewI would give it 0 stars if I could. What a disappointment. TOTAL disregard for the customers. Good forbid a customer wants to make a change or "re-select" , the customer service staff can only say that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. Horrible, horrible. If you select something that does not look how they described it, and it looks nothing like you expected it, they laugh in your face and say , yes you now have to pay for something you dislike for 60 months .
I offered to pay a re-delivery fee, a re-stocking fee, honestly I tried anything I could think of to solve the situation as if it was my job to solve the problem. Their solution ? to say NO , you are stuck, enjoy paying thousands of dollars for the next few months on something you dislike.
Honestly, buy from anywhere else, even Ikea or Amazon.
At least you'll have the option to return or exchange. Any other company would try to make a customer happy, but NOT CITY FURNITURE they must hate returning customers. My husband and I have spent well over $15,000 furnishing our home from this store, but it has been like pulling teeth with them. They don't care for their customers, or offer good customer service. We ordered a new bedroom set with the works, and were told it would be available in March (ordered in January). We're in JULY, and nothing. Got a full refund, no big deal but this is the last attempt at a purchase there. I have a home page on IG & will alert all my followers to not come to this location. They have truly taken the joy out of furnishing a home and turned it into a constant battle to get what you paid for.

While the showroom sales people and managers are amazing, the quality and delivery leave a lot to be desired. My sons bed tried to kill him, my sofa has scuff marks all over it, and our second chance delivery for my elderly parents would have injured them if I hadn't checked the bed first. The drivers drop and run as soon as they sense a problem.

Great furniture at reasonable prices. Our salesman was very patient in answering our questions and concerns. He was not pushy like the sales staff at other furniture stores.
