My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a new mattress. We went to the showroom and were pleasantly surprised by the large selection of mattresses to try out. We were looking for some thing on the firmer side, but still with a little bit of cushion. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to working with our budget and our needs. We finally landed on the Nectar mattress which was everything we were looking for and was priced fairly. The rest is history. We went home and immediately placed the order! We couldn't be happier with our selection. The nectar mattress is everything we wanted in a mattress! I definitely recommend it. If you're in need of a new mattress I would suggest going to this City Furniture location. You won't regret it!

A festival of incompetent knuckleheads that couldn't tell you what day of the week it is without a calendar. After submitting my order online and receiving each of the two pieces of furniture in damaged condition, they advised that they would be sending my a repair person to my house to repair the damaged items.
Four days later the repair person shows up and informs us that they were not aware they were supposed to come and perform repairs that they were simply coming to take pictures of the damaged items. Unbelievable....Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I am extremely disappointed with the service from City Furniture. The products arrived damaged and of poor quality. They had to be replaced, and even the replacements came in different shades. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It has been a very bad experience with terrible product quality and service.

I came today to check out their leather sofas. There was not much choice. I was not that impressed. I doubt I would purchase from here.

Hubby and I are moving into a new apartment, and need all the new furniture. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were approached by a sales rep named Graciela Corzo.
Graciela was professional and attentive. She took a lot of time with us. She made excellent recommendations.
The senior store manager, Rony was friendly, and outgoing and made us feel like we were important.

Warning do not buy a In Home Protection Service it is a scam. salesperson said the In Home Protection Service was for 3 years and if in those 3 years there isn't any claims paid on the furniture you get a refund for the warranty service.
I filed a claim because the sofa lost its support and the repair person said it was not covered by the warranty, therefore no claims were paid out. I called because the warranty expired to get a refund since no claims have been paid out and they said since I put in a call to them they will not give me refund.

I have choosen a cover plan for my bought furniture for my new house. I spend several 10 000 $. After three years of no claim, I should get a refund or a gift card over the total amount of the covering plan - around 800$. After a request half year after the plan runs out, they told me, that they sent a voucher to my mail adress, that I never receive. After visiting the Fort Myers store to ask for the voucher, they don´t care about me and the store manager denied my ask with very rude words. After writing a mail to the company I am still waiting for an answer. So all over - Don´t trust this guys!!

After a fast relpy and calm but empty words from Kate I have sent a Mail to Kate@city-furniture.com. Now, after waiting for almost two weeks I have heard nothing from those guys. So, I repeat it again - Don´t trust this guys!!

Be careful with the sales people. They don't disclose all important information at time of sale. And then when you need to return something they don't stand behind the product or service.
