JEE Advanced 2023 AIR 1 Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy Now A Step Closer to IIT Bombay Dream After Studying Non-stop

Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Guwahati has declared the JEE Advanced 2023 Result. Above all the toppers of JEE Advanced is Vavilala Chidvilas Reddy, who secured 314 marks out of 360 and managed to secure the prestigious All India Rank, AIR 1 and is now one step closer to his IIT Bombay Dream. Read below to know his journey towards clearing the JEE Advanced Exam.

JEE Advanced Result 2023 was declared on June 18, 2023. Out of the 80,000 students who appeared for the exam, 43,773 candidates qualified in the IIT JEE Result.

Speaking to reporters, Reddy shared that he has been preparing for the JEE Exams since Class 9th. Over the past four years, Reddy studied everyday from 6 Am to 11 PM. The only breaks he took were to bathe, eat and snack.

Reddy was already sure he would qualify in the Top 5 of the IIT JEE Advanced, he was not expecting to rank first.

Reddy has been dreaming of IIT since he was 11. He joined the Sri Chaitanya School in Hyderabad and today, he's come one step closer to his dream. Following his brother's footsteps, who is currently a final year BTech Student at BITS Pilani, he studied extensively and thoroughly through sickness and in health.

“I studied extensively, referring to numerous books related to IIT JEE advanced mains. Despite minor health concerns like occasional fevers and stomach pains due to irregular eating habits, I did not face any significant challenges,” Reddy told IE.

After clearing IIT Bombay, Reddy now plans on pursuing Computer Science Engineering from IIT Bombay which will help in become a computer scientist, innovator or working with the government.
