Kylie Jenner headed to Paris for the show and stepped out with her BFF Stassie in an ivory crochet minidress with bold braided straps that dipped into a deep V-neck silhouette. The bodice featured woven cups held up by the rope straps, which also wrapped around Kylie's arms for an off-the-shoulder drape effect.
The skirt itself was loosely woven and hit at mid-thigh, and Kylie wore a pair of transparent open-toe heels with it for a sleek, summery vibe. Though Kylie's piece was a custom design, it would have fit right in on the runway, where designer Olivier Rousteing showed similar crocheted and rope styles and watercolor prints.
The nature of the design meant that, of course, a lot of Kylie's skin was on display, her décolletage was particularly striking not only because of the design but because it also showed her uncovered stretch marks.
Of course, this isn't the first time Kylie's stretch marks have been visible. In early 2020, after posting some selfies on Instagram Stories where her stretch marks were also visible, she was praised by some for not editing them away — which we know it's not the norm. In fact, Kylie has been open about them since her first pregnancy. ( She has since welcomed her second child with Travis Scott.)
Kylie's stretch marks are on her breasts, which is common during pregnancy. She also brought up the topic in a video from 2018. "After Stormi, people think I bounced back super fast," Kylie said. "My boobs, they're definitely three times the size, I have stretch marks on my boobs ... my butt's bigger, my thighs are bigger. It's just a change." The star also once referred to her stretch marks as "a little gift from Stormi," which makes us think she might have grown quite fond of them.
Stretch marks aside and going back to PFW, later that day, Kylie flipped the script and totally covered up for an evening out with Stassie, though her best friend went the opposite direction in a high-cut leotard bodysuit and sheer tights. Kylie wore an all-black 'fit including a shiny crocodile coat and matching bag, black gloves, and black pants, with black sunglasses hiding her eyes from the cameras.
Paris Fashion Week isn't over yet, so we're hoping for some more major Kylie is still serving looks in the European city so keep an eye out for more standouts — like the velvet figure-hugging gown (also with a stunning neckline) from Schiaparelli that she sported the next day en route to the brand's PFW presentation.
