Kaipu Machinery using the plastic materials, like HDPE, LDPE, PP, PPR etc. To make the plastic caps and lids, After the raw materials are extruded from extruder, but by the segregation plate with customized weight, and meantime the plate through screw driving and moving to each mould cavity equally

1.1Guarantee: Guarantee period two years for everything (Machine, Mold, Equipment) after shipment. During this guarantee period KAIPU will provide spare parts without any change in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. FREE spare parts will be delivered together with the machine. If the malfunctions are caused by buyer incorrect operations, KAIPU will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price. KAIPU will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond two years and provide long-term technical guide. Guarantee for continuous after sales service and spare part feed. The buyer should afford the transportation expense for these spare parts

1.2If any problem for quality of the machine and mold

-The seller will responsibility for the spare parts and the engineer salary in every case

-The buyer will support the airplane ticket, meals and lodging

1.3If any problem that caused by incorrect use of the manual of the machine and mold

-The seller will have to send the engineer

-The buyer will have to responsibility for spare parts at cost price, airplane ticket, meals and engineer salary and accommodation

2.Delivery Time: 60 days after receiving the TT and drawing confirmation

3.Bottle and cap samples: The buyer must offer the preform & cap samples within 1 week after received the TT.

4.Installation and Debugging: If the buyer needs Kaipu鈥檚 technician to install and debug machines in his country, the buyer shall afford round trip airlines tickets, and also supplier engineer鈥檚 board, lodging and hotel expense for Kaipu鈥檚 technician. the buyer should pay 100 US dollar per day for each technician. Meanwhile technician will give free training lessons to operator in buyer鈥檚 factory.

5.Technical documents: Kaipu will offer buyer all necessary documents.

6.Turn-key Project: Before ship out, the seller will running the machine and will run the machine with material. Also, will production the cap and confirmed the samples by customer before ship out. The buyer will arrange their engineer to Kaipu鈥檚 factory when running machine.
