Good quality, fairly thick. Will work nicely in cool water. I ordered a L and it fits pretty well on a 36D/12. A flatter 14 could also wear a large as it fits a 12 a little loose at the waist.

In 1997, Kanu Surf set out to build and sell better board shorts for men, women, and children.
Founded right in the heart of the Garment District in New York City, they first sold door-to-door to local surfers, mom and pop surf shops, and a few gift stores at local beaches.
