Jamie Campbell Bower is an English actor most notable for Twilight, Harry Potter, Sweeney Todd and Stranger Things. His four-times maternal great-grandfather was Sir John Campbell, the 7th Baronet of Ardnamurchan and Airds.

Jamie was still at school when he was cast in his first role as Anthony in Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and not long after starred as Rocker in Guy Ritchie’s RocknRolla and Jack in Winter in Wartime. Further roles followed in The Prisoner as Number 11–12 and Camelot as King Arthur. In 2009, he joined the worldwide sensation Twilight series as the vampire and Volturi leader Caius, alongside fellow Metro Comic Con guest Christopher Heyerdahl, in The Twilight Saga: New Moon and both Twilight: Breaking Dawn films. He also appeared as a young Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, reprising this role in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, becoming one of only two actors to appear in both film franchises.

Amongst other roles, Jamie has played Jace Wayland in Peter Jackson’s The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, and Will, as poet, gay atheist and spy Christopher Marlowe. Jamie has also appeared on stage, notably as Joe in the West End musical Bend It Like Beckham. He also has dabbled in voice acting, portraying Skiff in the Thomas (the Tank Engine) & Friends franchise.

One of Jamie’s most recent and prominent roles is that of the mastermind and global threat Vecna in Stranger Things, aka Henry Creel or One. As Vecna, Jamie’s makeup took up to eight hours a day to apply. His performance in the series garnered critical acclaim.
