Ginger Water for Weight Loss Fat

Ginger
 (Zingiber Officinale) is an herb that is widely used as a spice and as an herbal remedy. It is an anti-oxidant. Ginger is one of the foods that can give you a health punch, because it is full of nutritional benefits. It is ideal for:
t  Burning Fat
t  Reducing inflammation
t  Improving Digestion
t  Reducing Cholesterol
t  General Relaxation

Ginger water is intended as a complement to a healthy, weight loss diet. If you also add a little exercise and a cup of ginger water after each meal, you will reach your ideal weight in five weeks.

Steps to make ginger water


·        Boil 1 cup(250 ml)  of water in a pan
·        Add 1/2 inch of ginger slices
·        Boil for 10 minutes on low flame
·        Turn off the flame and cover it.
·        Strain the water
·        Add 1 tsp. honey, mix well
·        Add lemon slices

   When should you avoid consuming ginger?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you should avoid ginger. Ginger lowers blood sugar so it should be avoided by women with diabetes mellitus that it is controlled by insulin/medication.
