Park Ji Sang (Ahn Jae Hyun) comes to meet Lee Jae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) bringing J who he knocked out and asks Jae Wook to kill the vampire.
Jae Wook just scares J and shouts a warning but doesn't rub him out because of forty years they have been together.

Ji Sang and Yoo Ri Ta (Ku Hye Sun) draw blood from patients in the 21A isolation ward to test them. Min Ga Yeon (Son Soo Hyun) looks concerned on her face.
The young doctor punches guards blocking the way and Ri Ta gives the blood samples unhurt to Dr. Jung Ji Tae (Kim Yu Seok) for the blood analysis.
Ga Yeon asks Joo In Ho (Kang Sung Min), "What was different vaccine medicated to the patients? Tell me!"
In Ho answers, "Should I report to you? I don't think so. Never touch me again! I will not make much of you like the director." threatening her.
The female doctor goes to see Lee Jae Wook and asks him about the new vaccine.
The chief vampire says, "You haven't asked for much. I don't want you to be my weakness. You will be the worst weakness of my life." to Ga Yeon who looks distressed herself about the matter.
On the other hand, Ji Sang, Ri Ta, and Joo Hyun Woo (Jung Hae In) exchange their opinions about the blood analysis.
Ji Sang and Ri Ta date like ordinary couples and try to be honest about their feelings.
Despite their sweet romance of Ahn Jae Hyun and Ku Hye Sun, the viewer's ratings have decreased in the recent episode again. :(
Joo In Ho takes his temperature in the laboratory and he injects a drug to raise it.
Kim Byeong Soo (Jeon Beom Soo), a colleague doctor of Ga Yeon, comes across the human turning vampire whose pain is agonizing.
The young male doctor is so surprised that he jumps up but is caught and murdered by the angry vampire who wants to seek the destruction of evidence.
Lee Jae Wook blows his servant out of the water and Byeong Soo is found to be a case of suicide, not a murder.
Ji Sang arrives at the scene of the homicide and becomes aware that he was killed by another vampire.
The expression in Min Ga Yeon's eyes tells that something is wrong.
The president of the hospital asks Lee Jae Wook to give him a new treatment as soon as possible even if it hasn't been completed. The director instructs Joo In Ho not to inject the uncompleted vaccine to Yoo Ri Ta's uncle due to a high risk of serious side effects.
The director doesn't notice that subtle smile on his face.
On the other hand, Ri Ta becomes to know about her uncle's a rare hereditary disease.
Park Ji Sang provokes Lee Jae Wook to make tell him the truth.
Finally, the man, who is totally upset, shouts, "They weren't qualified to be vampires from the first. You are right! I kill your parents. I ordered suicide them!"
