How to Connect to Wifi connection from Konica Minolta Machine
Guide on how to connect to wifi connection from konica minolta machine.
REQUIREMENTS:
- UK-212 Wireless LAN Kit聽- Optional Wifi Kit that is required in order to use wifi option in Konica Minolta Machine.

For The Older Machine Series / Non I-Series Machine
STEP 1 - On the Konica Minolta machine control panel, click on the [Menu] button then select [Utility].
聽
STEP 2 - Select [Administrator Settings].
聽
STEP 3 -聽Key in Administrator password then select聽[OK].
聽
STEP 4 -聽Select [Network Settings].
聽
STEP 5 -聽Click on聽[Forward]聽then proceed to聽[Wireless Network Setting].
Note: In case the Wireless Network Setting is not able to seen, the machine might not installed with optional hardware Wifi Kit or the Network I/F Configuration is not set under Wireless Mode.聽You may need to set to Wireless Mode under option 5: [Network I/F Configuration] and restart machine after change the setting.

STEP 6 -聽Select聽[Manual Setting].

STEP 7 - Click on聽[Access Point List],聽then select the Wifi connection that want to connect, then click聽[OK].聽

STEP 8 - The Wifi Name will appear in the [SSID], click on Forward button and proceed to select on聽[WPA2-PSK(AES)].

STEP 9 -聽Click on Passphrase to key in Wifi Password and select聽[OK]聽to save the password.

STEP 10 - Select聽[OK]聽again, then click on聽[Connection status]聽to make sure its under status [Connection].
Note: After connect to new wifi, the current ip add machine need to be change to auto to getting the new ip add machine for new wifi, then set back to manual ip again after successfully connected to new wifi to fixed the new ip address.

For The Newer Machine Series / I-Series Machine
STEP 1 - On the Konica Minolta machine control panel, click on the聽[Home] button then select [Utility].

STEP 2 - Select [Administrator].
聽
STEP 3 -聽Key in Administrator password then select聽[OK].
聽
STEP 4 -聽Select [Network].
聽
STEP 5 -聽Scroll down聽then proceed to聽[Wireless Network Setting] - [Wireless LAN Adapter] - [Direct Input].
Note: In case the Wireless Network Setting is not able to seen, the machine might not installed with optional hardware Wifi Kit or the Network I/F Configuration is not set under Wireless Mode.聽You may need to set to Wireless Mode under [Network I/F Configuration] and restart machine after change the setting.

STEP 6 - Click聽[AP Search]聽to search the Wifi that want to connected.
聽
STEP 7 -聽Select the Wifi List that want to connect, continue with聽[OK]聽button.

STEP 7 -聽Scroll to bottom and key in Wifi Password under Security Key & Confirm Security Key, select聽[OK]聽to save the password.
聽
STEP 8 -聽Once it completed, proceed to go back to [Wireless LAN Adapter] - [Connection status]聽to check the wireless status whether is it has been successfully connected.聽The status聽[Connection]聽is where the connection is successfully establish.
Note: After connect to new wifi, the current ip add machine need to be change manual setting to auto setting to getting the new ip add machine for new wifi, then set back to manual ip again using the new ip add that obtain after successfully connected to new wifi to fixed the new ip address. It can be adjusted under [Utility] - [Administrator] - [Network] - [TCP/IP Setting] - [TCP/IP Setting1].
